Price match

To use the price match, you must do the following:

  • Create your order and complete the payment as usual
  • Send an email with a link to the competitor's product to info@rito.dk immediately after completing your order. The subject line of the email must contain the following: Price guarantee

 

Once you have sent the email, your order will automatically be put on hold so that we can adjust the price. This means that we will charge you a lower amount than you have approved.

Once your price guarantee request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. This typically takes 48 hours.
